I was diagnosed with AuDHD as an adult, after a lifetime of thinking I was just lazy, too much, or not trying hard enough. Finding out my brain simply works differently didn't fix everything. But it stopped me from fighting myself, and that changed everything else.
If you've ever been told you're too sensitive, too scattered, too intense, or too emotional, I want you to hear this from someone who's been told all four: you are not too much. You are a lot, in the best sense of that phrase, and the world needs to build more room for people like us, not the other way around.
So much of what gets called "ADHD struggle" is actually a person trying to live like a human DOING when they were built to be a human BEING. My mission with this whole corner of my work is protecting mental health, starting with the belief that your worth was never tied to your output.
